The School's facilities and resources include the well-maintained old block as well as the new Annex that houses the Primary and Pre primary classes, a uniform store, a large hygienic canteen and a rest room for the bus staff.

The School Mosque
Situated in the new building, the school mosque has been further extended to accommodate more people.
Library
There are two extensive libraries and resource suites stocked with periodicals, newspapers and books selected for their informative and educational value catering to all age groups. In addition, a good collection of maps, charts, audio and video cassettes and CD-ROMS are available as teaching aids. A TV and VCR complete with earphones and a computer with internet facility is now available at our senior library.
Computer Science Centre
The first Asian school in the UAE to introduce computers - we now have two full fledged junior computer labs with 20 Pentium 4 series computers that cater to the needs of the Primary Section and two senior labs with 36 computers that are utilized by students of the Senior Sections. The Middle School labs have 20 Pentium 4 series computers connected to the LAN network equipped with a range of educational software. The two senior labs have Pentium 4 processor machines with the latest software for elective subjects: Computer Science and Informatics Practices.
Science Laboratories
Four spacious and well-equipped labs provide the facilities necessary for demonstration, experimentation and project work at various levels in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Home Science. A separate General Science lab caters to the younger students of the Middle School.
Art StudioThe Art Studio makes it possible to support students individually while they work in a range of mediums. Art students are also given a great amount of support and time to discuss their ideas and their work is on display both in the Studio and the corridors of the School. Our students have won several prizes at Inter-School competitions and their work also finds pride of place in the School Magazines, Newsletters and other In-House publications.
Music Studio
Music in both primary and secondary schools aim to encourage students to develop an appreciation of all forms of music. The school has two well equipped music rooms one each for the Junior and Senior Students. Teachers organise extra-curricular musical activities which include various concerts and recitals, as well as the organisation and rehearsals of any school musical groups such as choirs, bands or orchestras.
Play Field
The school has a play field and covered basketball and volleyball courts. Besides the available facilities, the school hires the services of the Iranian Club to provide specialized training in Track and Field events, Swimming, and additional coaching for Basketball and Volleyball. The Annual ‘Our Own Dubai Inter-School Athletic Meet’ has become the most prestigious sporting event amongst schools in the UAE with as many as 20 schools from various GCC countries vying for honours. “Our Own’ has won the prestigious champions trophy for the last 15 years in succession.
Kindergarten Play Area
A separate shaded play area, equipped with a variety of age appropriate outdoor equipment has been specially designed for use by the younger children.
Medicare
The school has a well-equipped First Aid Centre with a doctor and 3 full time nurses, attendants and helpers. All cases of illnesses and injuries are immediately attended to. Regular medical examinations are conducted and records maintained. Health records of all the students are maintained by the school clinic and vaccination programmes are offered to all students.
Books and Uniform StoreThe Bookstore is well-stocked and has adequate supplies of textbooks, stationery and uniforms. Parents are encouraged to avail of this facility to maintain standards and uniformity amongst children.
CanteenThe school canteen is a hygienic and well-stocked facility that serves nutritious snacks and beverages at affordable prices.
