Ms. Ruby Fuzail Ahmed is a seasoned educator and accomplished academic leader with over two decades of dedicated service at GEMS OOD. With a strong foundation in Social Sciences and a master’s degree in English literature, she brings a strong blend of subject expertise, pedagogical insight, and leadership experience.
Throughout her tenure, Ms. Ruby has consistently demonstrated excellence, earning prestigious recognitions such as Teacher of the Month, Teacher of the Year (twice), the GEMS People’s Award, the Big Idea Amazing Teacher Award, and the 100% Attendance Award for the last three consecutive years—reflecting her commitment and professionalism.
Deeply committed to holistic development and community engagement, she has actively collaborated with UAE-based organizations including the Red Crescent, Bait Al Khair, and Dubai Cares, reflecting strong alignment with the GEMS core values.
As Supervisor, Ms. Ruby is dedicated to fostering a collaborative culture, supporting her team, and ensuring meaningful learning experiences that enable every student to thrive.
