With 15 years of exciting and eventful teaching experience in GEMS OOD, Ms Reshmi Menon has been serving in the role of Educational Supervisor for KG since 2013. Reshmi’s focus is to inspire, excite and nurture children to develop them holistically. She, along with her team of teachers, creatively plans lessons to motivate and stimulate a child's abilities, striving to promote experiential learning.
Reshmi endeavours to create learning environments that bring out the best in every child. The learner in her is always on the go and she ensures that she stays updated with the changes in the curriculum and developments in pedagogy. Her positive and warm attitude makes her little friends feel safe and happy around her. She believes that GEMS OOD is a flourishing place and she is excited to continue her journey with her creative bunch of learners.
