Ms. Seema Preejith
Supervisor - Grade 12
Ms. Seema Preejith joined the GEMS family in 2001 as a Primary school teacher. Thereafter, she took up the role of Biology teacher in the Middle and Senior School at GEMS Our Own English High School, Sharjah. She joined OOD in 2011 as the Educational Supervisor for Grade 5, moved to Grade 6, Grade 7 & later to Grade 9. An ardent Environment lover, Seema has spearheaded Our Own Farms projects like Our Own Blossoms, Our Own Hydroponics, Our Own Aquaponics and Green Learning Gateway in the Middle School.
In her current role as the Academic Supervisor, Seema manages teaching learning and the day to day administrative affairs of the grade. She leads challenging, innovative and fun activities that promote scientific inquiry, research and learning. She is also one of the National Agenda Champions of the school.
