Ms. Shruthi Narayan
Supervisor - KG1
Ms. Shruthi Narayan joined OOD in 2012 as a teacher and has since taken on key leadership roles, including Assistant Supervisor (2020–2023) and Wellness Lead (2023–2024). In her wellness role, she pioneered transformative initiatives including OOD's first Wellbeing Newsletter and the establishment of the Wellness Hub, creating dedicated spaces for student wellbeing. These contributions earned the school prestigious WAS Awards recognition.
An alumna of the Bright Sparks Leadership Program. She holds a master’s degree in biotechnology and complements her academic background with training in classical dance and public speaking. Currently leading KG1, Ms. Shruthi is passionate about fostering holistic development through innovative pedagogy. specializing in mentoring young authors and creating tailored learning experiences.
Her educational philosophy centers on nurturing curious, resilient learners prepared for life's journey. Under her guidance, KG1 aims to blossom into a vibrant space where academic growth and emotional wellbeing will flourish equally.
