Sreeja Nair epitomizes dedication and innovation in education. Beginning her journey at Westminster School Sharjah in 2013, she swiftly rose through the ranks and undertook the roles of Deputy Head of Secondary and Assistant Principal, where she introduced cutting-edge pedagogical strategies. Prior to that, Sreeja served at Westminster School Dubai, where she wore multiple hats, including Curriculum Manager, Professional Development Manager, Events Manager and Parental Engagement Champion. Her passion for personalized learning earned local recognition and inspired other institutions to adopt her methodologies.
Beyond the confines of the classroom, Sreeja has actively contributed to developmental school reviews and served as a lead inspector across various curriculum schools in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Sharjah. Proficient in IGCSE curriculum, she champions the integration of educational technology. With an academic background in Biochemistry, she advocates for inquiry-based learning and the building of problem-solving skills among pupils. Sreeja has completed the NPQH (National Qualification for Headship from Best Practices, UK) and has attained an International Coaching License from COACH-U. Her visionary leadership was recognized with a global award at the esteemed Global 2.0 Conference in Dubai, solidifying her status as an innovative educator. This extensive experience has enriched her understanding of academia and provided invaluable insights into diverse educational landscapes.
